So to make a two-day verina sponge cake, first you need to sift the dry ingredients. For this, you take an equal amount of half a cup of flour in a sieve and mix one table of powdered milk. Use half a spoon of baking powder. Add 1/4 teaspoon or one-fourth of a teaspoon of baking soda.

Special note: You may not use ghee if you want, but cow's milk will give the cake a slightly different flavor.

For the second step, half a teaspoon of vanilla powder will be required. If you want, you can also give Varilla Athens, but that will be done only if you give time to prepare the marine. And finally, mix a pinch of salt.

But the thing to note is that I only brushed the bottom part of the pot with oil. If you brush and oil the entire sides or sides of the pan, the sponge cake will release when it is cooked and the shape of the cake will change which will not look good.
